Golden color with nice white foam, head sits for half the beer. Aromas are straight forward, nice clean biscuity malt and a floral hop nose. Flavor is crisp and light, 8%? never would have guessed. Refreshingly hoppy but light backbone, definitely a good staple drinker. Surprisingly balanced for a big beer, hop profile is mellow and has a nice long bitter finish.

Thanks to mistakebythelake for this growl pour
Apperance- golden orange with a good amount of white head. Beautiful lacing on the glass. A gorgeous beer!
Smell- lots of citrusy hops and pine on the nose. A very great smell
Taste- bitter hops on the tongue. Too much potent bitterness overpowering the hops. Pine and citrus but bitter more than anything else
Mouthfeel- kind of thin and sharp... Not that great of a mouthfeel
Drinkability- the bitterness and sharpness makes it not very drinkable

Tried this in a couple 4oz tasters at Jackie O's.
A nice yellow/orangish hue. Nice head even on a small 4 oz tasting glass. Smell was a grapefruit or citrus fruit with a fresh hop note in there as well. The taste was a great balance between the malts, on the sweeter side and the hop varieties. The sweet malt is mellowed out by the bitterness of this 8.0% IIPA. Definitely could of had a couple full 10 oz pours of these as it is not overly boozy.Grabbed a growler fill of this at the end of the night to enjoy some more for home.

"A hoppy homage to our handyman Dave Halupka."
Pours a nice orange-based color with a good white head and some streaky lacing as it goes down the glass. The nose is really fresh with quite a bit of tropical fruit and a bit of sweeter malt sitting in the background. It seems like quite a bit of the sweetness is coming from the perception that there's so much fruit that it ought to be sweet. Taste is slightly malty with tropical-fruit hops all over. Nice feel with a good level of bitterness. Drinks quite well; glad we stopped over to the bar side to try this one out.
