Served at the brewery location in Athens, OH. Arrives from the draft into a pint glass a clear and bright golden color. Topped with a thick white head that just wont quit.
Aroma is mostly hops. I dont know if I mentioned, but it is Centennial hops filled. I love that West Coast aroma, and the hops are about all that are going on in this one. With such a light beer, the hops are the show and I cant complain.
The flavor was nice as well. It was quite hoppy and the malt flavor and sweetness didnt quite balance out given the low abv. Its almost like a hopped up Cream Ale. That hop flavor is pretty sweet though.
A nice beer that would be perfect for summer days. Since it is the middle of winter, it wasnt quite as satisfying as I would have hoped. Good nonetheless.
