This beer got a lot of buzz at the 6/25/2011 bottle sale, and I still hear lots of people talking it up at the bar.
Appearance - Honey amber.
Smell - Orange, hop flowers, and honey.
Taste - Orange cream hop cycle! The honey is stronger in the taste than the smell. Nice bitter aftertaste contrasts the sweetness nicely, but it is a little sweet for my taste.
Mouthfeel -
Overall - I had this beer right after the Mystic Mama Oaked, and was surprised at the similarities. Orange and Hops, you can't go wrong. Perfect after lunch on a hot summer day.

On tap at Jackie O's June bottle release.
Appearance
This beer looks the same as the Sun Village - Zest, bright golden orange with a hefty collar of foam.
Aroma
This is one of the most delicious smelling beers I've ever ventured across. It smells exactly like an orange creamsicle, simply amazing. Lots of creamy, sweet vanilla ice cream and tangy, lively orange sherbet. The orange cream aromas are so strong that there is barely any grainy or hoppy aromas. The glass continued to smell just like an orange creamsicle long after the beer was gone; I just carried it around, smelling it all day.
Taste
Nearly as bang on as the aroma, but wheat comes out and the hops are quite prevalent. The citrusy hops really build a citrus rind bitterness along side the oranges. It has a very creamy, vanilla ice cream middle with a zesty, citrus bitter end.
Mouthfeel
This is light and crisp, but I think the Sun Villages are a bit too dry. This is just like the other two, bone dry with a clean citrusy aftertaste.
Overall
Simply amazing stuff. Brad said the beer only had 16 hours to soak up the vanilla and oranges. Its utterly amazing how much the beer was able to absorb in such a short period. I really hope this stuff sticks around for a while. I'd love a couple growlers of it. One of my favorites from the weekend.

Nice bright golden apricot color. Very sort head poured into a snifter. Light foam, looks like low carbonation.
Smells like a hoppy orange creamsicle. Pine meets with orange zest and low sweetness and very faint vanilla. I would like to see even more vanilla, but this smells really great.
Tastes of orange and lots of pith. Vanilla is weak here, but this is one of the best Jackie O's IPA's to date.
Very dry mouthfeel. Overall an very playful take on the style, one which I appreciate and enjoy immensely.
