Inspired by the art of blending, the Cellar Cuvee project celebrates the marriage of distinct and diverse barrel-aged beer. Cellar Cuvee 14 features a blend of our beloved Perpetum, aged in oak for 38 months, and a 32 month aged raspberry Sour Golden Ale. This momentous blend was conditioned on a touch of fresh yuzu zest from our friends at Bhumi Growers for a lively, exotic twist.
