Starting with a rich, grain laden base we layered in loads of brown sugar to deepen its lavish caramel tones. We then fermented with sweet, fruity pumpkin, and carved out a supple spice profile with the addition of a blend of pumpkin pie spices, fresh ginger, and vanilla beans.

Slightly dirty white / slight khaki colored froth with limited retention... Color is a dull Carmella amber... Sweet nose of brown sugar, vanilla, and pumpkin pie... Some light cinnamon notes linger beneath the surface... Palate is exactly as expected... A slightly metallic and artificial finish.... A smidge of burnt pie crust as well... Feel is medium bodied with a touch of spry carbonation... Finish is a bit chalky... simple, straight forward, effective and quite enjoyable... Very nice autumnal beer...

from da can. gonna start like this. much needed in this crazy month you might no as tsuguA. drinking this upside down in a place you could never find. amazing. Jackie os with the ales tho. their ipas always been pretty fleekhy to me but their ales tho? buttery ass creamy ass mouthfeel this shit is so good excuse my language. impressed one hundred emoji

Amazing mouth feel. Starts off a bit too sweet. But by time you get to the middle of it has some drying agents with the spices, this could be an award winner. But they need to balance it a bit nonetheless great pumpkin beer

once again the dirty30 hooking it up Jackie o's style, the happens to be a 2015 bottle. this one is nice but this is no schlafly or alewerks, but just shy f that ballpark. Jackie o's continues to impress.
