This riff on Decorating Pieces of Time was aged for 15 months in Knob Creek and 1792 barrels before racking to PX and Oloroso sherry casks for an additional 8 months.

Look - dark brown with nice rimming
Smell - toffee and barrel with some booze in there
Taste - basically the same as the smell, toffee barrel and booze.
Feel - full body with a slight crisp carb
Overall - really nice BA BW
