Appearance - A sour yellowish-green. Cloudy and opaque. Clings to the glass very well. Frothy crystal-like foam.
Smell - Huge hits of light, tropical fruit. Heavy mango and light pineapple are the most noticeable. This almost smells like a juice, but I am pulled back in by the scents of light hops and yeast.
Taste -Really, really odd. Sort of like aging mango and grapes. Light banana and hops with a tropical juice finish. Very refreshing.
Mouthful and overall - Light-bodied and tropical. A bit of tropical red punch as well. More of a spring-time brew, but still delicious in late October.
