After long months aging in our Hungarian oak foudre, Penumbra was briefly fermented on second-use petit verdot must, lending delicate tannin and vibrant grape and berry tones to this rose-inspired mixed-fermentation saison-style ale.

Definite foudre, mixed ferm. Definitely getting the wood in the taste. Good summer beer. White pepper and hot pepper heat. On tap at the taproom. All right.
