With notes of rich toffee, supple chocolate, and oaky vanillin, this joyous blend is our tribute to everyone who has played a role in making us what we are today. A synergistic blend of 16 barrels consisting of single and multiple vintage Stouts and Barleywines that bring out the shining attributes of both styles. We hope you’ll join us in a toast to celebrate 20 Years of Jackie O’s!

Basically an Imp Stout and Barleywines blend hitting a solid 14,8% ABV.
Jackie O’s XX Anniversary Barrel aged Blend to celebrate the 20 years this brewery has spent brewing outstanding stuffs.
Despite its very strong alcohol by volume, I still could sip on it nicely until the last drop. Normally barleywine are a pass from me but this is too good to pass on. Also the efforts from Dave / Blogjackets to send this here.

Honestly a bit disappointed by this. It’s flat and to me the flavors are very muddled. The ABV is nice on this suddenly chilly spring night. Planning to cellar a couple of these to see if it gets any better with age. Expected a bit more from this normally stellar brewery
