From what I understand, this is a mixture of Ice Oil of Aphrodite and Ice Dark Apparition put into a 7 gallon bourbon barrel. Some other events might have also occurred, but that's the gist. Poured from a 12 oz. bottle into a tasting glass.
3.5 A: Black. Couldn't muster much of a head.
2.5 S: Diacetyl bomb. Despite this, it isn't that bad. Supple roast, light nuttiness. Chocolate, light coffee, and lots of caramel.
3.5 T: Less diacetyl in the taste. Otherwise, tastes like the nose with a light warming finish and a small contribution from leathery bourbon.
4.5 M: Heavier medium body. Good moderate carbonation. Superbly creamy.
4.0 D: Easily the best nano offered at this release, but given how good Ice App and Ice Oil are on their own, this misses the mark.
