pour is pale murky yellow with white ring. The nose is musky and lemon, notes of sweat and some light leathery Brett. Hints of golden fruits behind. The taste is much of the same, lots of Brett, leather, rind and sweat, sweet apricots and lemon, fair bit sugary, light carb, medium body.

Received in a tulip. Note that this is indeed a different beer than Funky Gold Verbena. This one spent an extra 8 months getting close and personal with brett.
4.5 A: Hazed bright yellow color. Two fingers of creamy/frothy white head. Great retention and lots of lacing left behind.
3.5 S: Earthy brett funkiness, like a mountain stream or the forest after a rain or something of that nature. Hay and persimmon fruitiness. Lemony with lemon zest.
3.5 T: Mildly tart as the lemon pokes through moreso in the taste. Hay, earthy with a peachy fruitiness. Light mustiness.
3.0 M: Lighter body. Good active carbonation, but lacking all creaminess.
3.5 D: Pretty decent beer that I would drink again.
