The beer is surprisingly clear, not even a chill haze. (Later, when I finished the pour, a light haze appeared.) The color is light gold/ darker straw. The head is tight, foamy, and slow to recede. Some spottiness on the glass.
The smell is closest to a soured mash. Some wheat notes. I'm not getting any of the expected clove or banana.
Very high carbonation with a lighter body--only a slight deviation from the style. Wheat flavors prevail here with only a brief touch of sour graininess in the swallow. The aftertaste features fleeting banana esters.

12oz canned on 7-1-21. Opened 1-2-22.
1 finger white head with decent retention, ends up a ring and island. Spotty lacing.
Clear and golden with good clarity despite an aggressive pour. Hefeweizen?
Banana, spice, and yeast aromas.
Wheat, banana, clove.
Light body, medium plus carbonation. Thin mouthfeel and a bit cloying in the finish.
Okay.

Got some weird corn pop taste at first, it thinned out though to end up being a pretty solid hefeweizen so I think I should try it again and re-rate later.
