Kolsch style ale brewed with German malt and hops, fermented cool with our favorite kolsch yeast. Notes of soft pear and fresh bread lightly drizzled with honey. Finishes soft and dry.

Soft, lightly cloudy, pale yellow body; thin, white head. Cracker in the nose with mild, fruity esters. Light, non-descript malt base taste; light hop bitterness; light spiciness. Medium body with a soft coarseness.
