Full, ripe summer fruit and citrus aromas balanced with mango notes. This beer is considered “juicy.”

Poured from a can into a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a hazy orange-yellow color with a huge head of just off-white foam. The head has a fantastic level of retention, fading slowly over time and leaving a decent sum of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma is strongest of an orange juice and tangerine smell mixed with a bit of a doughy and cracker aroma. Along with these smells comes some wheat and bitter grapefruit hop as well as a touch of herbal and pine hop. A little bit of a yeasty and grassy aroma is there as well, rounding out the smell rather nicely.
Taste – The taste starts out strongest of a bready malt flavor that is matched by a bitter grapefruit hop and a moderate showing of orange and tangerine. Some other light fruit tastes of pear and mango are there as well, but these pale in comparison to the citrus. Light hop tastes of herb and pine are in the initial tastes as well, with both growing stronger as the taste advances forward. Toward the end some yeast and pineapple as well as an increase in citrus come onto the tongue, leaving one with a rather nice, somewhat doughy and citrusy taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is slightly thicker and chewier with a carbonation level that is more moderate. For the doughy and citrus heavy flavors, the feel is rather nice and creates a nice slow and enjoyable sipper.
Overall – A rather nice easy drinking and flavorful NEIPA. Fun to try if you have the opportunity.

12 fl oz pull-tab can canned 02/16/22:
60 IBU. "Mosaic IPA." "Ale."
Very underwhelming, especially in a state in which Lone Pint's Yellow Rose is widely available. Doesn't best even Deschutes Fresh Squeezed in terms of expressing Mosaic hops' distinct flavour. Reticent with lacklustre depth of flavour.
I get no subtle blueberry from the Mosaic, but there's some tangerine, citrus, and vague floral character. They didn't get the best out of the hop varietal, but they did get something.

I am a huge fan of Mosaic hops. This was recommended to me and I was thrilled to try it. Pours light, slightly hazy with about 3/4 white foam head. The nose was light piney and citrusy. Taste was mildly crisp and definitely Mosaic. If you are not looking for an in your face aggressive hop forward beer, this may work for you. To me this is Mosaic lite. For a lite IPA, I would sooner go for Founders All Day IPA.
Note: brewed in San Marcos TX and may not be readily available outside of TX.
