A clean American wheat ale augmented by ripe juicy apricot. Smooth with tons of flavor, it’s not too sweet but just right.

Poured from a can into a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a lightly hazed peach color with a one finger head of white foam. The head fades rather fast leaving just a light level of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma of the brew is strong of an apricot and wheat bread smell, with some aromas of peach and hay mixed within. Along with these aromas comes some notes of apple and a bit of lemon.
Taste – The taste begins with a light wheat and cracker taste as well as a decent showing of apricot. These flavors are paired with a little bit of harvest fruit sweetness and a bit of hay. As the taste advances the sweetness fades a touch, all while the wheat and cracker increase a bit, in the end leaving one with a crisp apricot taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is light and crisp with a high carbonation level. For the style the feel is spot on and makes for a very easy drinker.
Overall – A rather nice crisp apricot ale that is great for a summer day.
