i’ve seen this beer in shops for years now, a beer from a brewery i like, and just never bothered to pick it up, kind of expecting it wouldn’t be great. i was right anyway, but it’s not bad, big fruity floral bouquet on the nose when poured, beer itself it’s more subdued, malty, orange peel and grapefruit, herbal, floral, medium bitterness, medium body, medium carbonation, drinkable enough but nothing special by any means

440ml can from Reilly's Off License, Lisnaskea (£2.59):
Bright bronze to amber with a 1cm, foamy head that's off-white with some lacing on the glass. Faint pine hops & bitter notes, biscuit & citrus on the nose initially without anything standing out; faintly floral too but it could definitely have been stronger. Dry pine & citrus hops open the taste, it's marginally stronger than the nose with some biscuit & floral touches again. It's basic but an improvement on the nose, the body is medium with fine carbonation & a dry tang at the end too but I was expected a lot more.

On tap at the Hard Rock in Dublin
Slightly hazy deep gold in color with a decent bubbly white head that persists. Light butter resinous citrus and pine bready toffee.
