Ephemeris refers to a point in time which is arbitrarily selected as a point of reference. When we design our West Coast-style recipes, we think about the anchor points in terms of hops and bitterness. The recipe here uses two hops which are very much part of this baseline. You can expect notes of candied orange and grapefruit in this bright and bitter beer.
