Pours a hazed golden color with a huge white head.
Cascade pleasantly defined the nose with orange pulp, lemon zest and a well pronounced wet grass presence. This gets accompanied by white bread malts which reveal a decent, clean sweetness, together with a herbal infusion, reminding the drinker that this is still a Pils.
Has a high carbonation level, while the beer is light bodied, crisp, well balanced and refreshing.
Tastes of an effervescent mineral quality during the beginning with rustic bread malts, straw and leafy hops. Finishes with just a hint of oranges, more pronounced minerals, which turn a tad coppery, getting balanced by the straw.
Very well made Pils with perfectly used Cascade hops, complimenting the nose big times, while just adding a nuance to the crisp, and otherwise classic Pils flavors, but certainly enriching the overall experience.
