Consumed 04/28/08.
Medium caramel-red color with a nice little white head and good lacing.
Aroma is caramel.
The beer menu says this beer is made with caramel malt, and I can taste it. The menu also claims there were Noble hops used as well, but they must be too subtle for me to pick up. The flavor just sort of disappears after the initial malt. to be charitable, let's call it a clean finish.
The brew is also a bit on the thin side.
Not terribly exciting but the care and craftsmanship that went into brewing it is apparent.
