Consumed 04/28/08.
Intensely clear golden hue with lots of carbonation feeding a fine white head.
Aroma is restrained Cascade hops.
The brewhouse literature claims this is made with caramel malt, dark caramel malt and Cascade hops.
Flavor is a little fruity, with juicy lemon and some sweet apricot or peach as well. A malt character appears too fleetingly for me to describe its flavor. The finish is a controlled, moderate bitterness with a little pepperiness.
Nicely done and the best of the beers on my visit.
