From the 12 fl. oz. can which was canned 10/2/17. Sampled on October 28, 2017.
It is a handsome looking pours with its reddish-medium amber tone and a modest off-white head that lingers briefly and fades with lacing. Top grade for the way it looks.
Nice amber aroma with caramel sweetness, a little bit of citrus, and a little cellar mustiness. But I mean it in a good way. It smells mature.
Medium, smooth body.
Bready sweet caramel malts are in the flavor with an almost unexpected moderate dry bitterness to finish. I found it to be a decent beer. Looking forward to other offerings from this new brewery.
