Its back and better than before! We love our lazy Sundays and we love them even more when we have a tasty IPA to drink. With a bit of research on water chemistry and salt additions we have updated our Hazy IPA SOP's and we think it has paid off. This beer is a real juice bomb, as the kids say, and has a soft, creamy mouthfeel with little to no perceived bitterness. Loaded with caliente and cashmere hops, its bursting with tropical fruit aromas. Lazy sunhaze pours a pale straw yellow with a persistent white fluffy head and will be sure to please your taste buds!

Pours a medium yellow color with a minimal white head that lasts quite a while. Aroma is orange and grapefuit. Taste is sweet orange juice with a hint of grapefuit. No hoppy bitterness.

Canned 8-24-20
Delightful aromas of peach, melon and berries. Taste is berry driven, with peaches and light melon in the background. Very little bitterness. MF is smooth front and back. I really enjoy this beer. The hop combo is quite different, and unlike any other I've had recently.

Saw a canning date of 01/01/2020.
This was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a dull-ed orange woody color with a thin layer of white foamy head softly dissolving to leave a nice running smooth lace coating my glass all around.
The aroma had a wonderful blend of tropical fruity hops to some clean malts. Some orange juicy tidbits ripen with an even keeled grassiness ever so slightly in the background. Seems to brighten leaning into more of some clean mango flesh as it warms.
The flavor brings all of those prior mentioned aromas together in a semi-sweet juicy component while providing a sly bitterness to enter for a slight balance. Nice aftertaste of mango/orange juice character.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with some shaved scathing hop harshness gripping my tongue. Appropriate low carbonation. Finishes quick with some hop grip and a touch of stickiness.
Overall, pretty good New England styled one. It definitely fits the style.

L: Poured from a tallboy can to a snifter glass. Had a yellowish-orange color and a super cloudy consistency. There was a half inch of foamy, fairly long-lasting head. Excellent lacing.

S: A very nice aroma of hops, citrus fruit, malt, and tropical fruit.

T: Tasted of a good shot of citrus fruit (orange, above all), a decent amount of hops (more than expected), light malt (mostly in the finish), and a bit of tropical fruit (mango). A light, sweet and enjoyable flavor. It's much hoppier than your typical NE IPA, but it still packs a fruity punch. It has the effervescence of its style, but the bite of a standard DIPA. Tasty.

F: A well-carbonated beer with a smooth, creamy finish. Medium-bodied.

O: A solidly made, easy to drink beer. Worth a look.
