Imperial stout with strawberry, plum, chocolate, lactose, & vanilla. It may not be valentines day but in a pandemic, you don't need an excuse to splurge on some chocolate covered strawberries! We amped this beer up from the first time we made it and it shows. More chocolate & fruit give this edition an insane aroma and a thick, sweet, & creamy mouthfeel. Trust me kids, you're going to want to drink your dessert tonight.

L: Poured from a growler to a pint glass. Had a dark brown, almost black color and a thick, opaque consistency. There was a quarter inch of foamy, tan-colored, fairly long-lasting head. Below average lacing.
S: A pretty good, but not great aroma of chocolate, malt, strawberries, and coffee.
T: Tasted of a small amount of malt (present throughout, but very subtle), a good amount of strawberries (sweet, but not cloyingly so), a tinge of coffee (not a particularly big factor), and some dark chocolate (always a good thing). A solid flavor, but not as complex as it should be. Still pretty worthwhile.
F: A fair amount of carbonation with a smooth finish. Medium-bodied.
O: An uneven beer, but it has its good qualities. Worth a try.
