Our next Das Yummy release is TART! If you love the pucker factor of our beers and are partial to lemon meringue pies, you will love this one! This Das Yummy is simple, but do not underestimate it. Our sour ale base was given a moderate addition of lemon puree to enhance the citrus from the sour house prop and supplemented with a higher finishing gravity, vanilla, and lactose to give it a sweet finish.
