Sour ale with Acerola Cherry, Dragonfruit, Thyme, Vanilla and Lactose
Crazy pants strikes again, and this time there are a lot of unique ingredients to challenge your pallet. In true fashion of this crazy series, we sourced acerola cherry and dragonfruit giving the beer a mellow sweetness and bright pink color. We then conditioned the beer on thyme giving it an herbaceous character on the back of your palate that may shock you at first, but is truly a unique and flavorful experience.
