Pours an opaque blood red color with a darkish pink head which lingers. Some tropical fruit on the nose especially lychee and mango along with vanilla. Taste is disappointing and unbalanced. Lemon tartness with mango. It seems like the color is due to beet which is no surprise but I couldn’t taste it. Overall light on flavor and an acidic bite for the finish.
