16 oz can.
Pours a thick maroon color with minimal pink-white head. No retention or lacing. Fine for the style.
Very strong pineapple aroma. There's plenty of cherries and graham cracker with some more subtle notes of passion fruit.
The flavor brings an interesting note of cherry nut muffins, with some cherry pie filling, pineapple juice, graham crackers, and tart passion fruit on the finish.
The feel is full bodied with minimal carbonation. Chewy, creamy, and extremely dry. Nice lingering tartness.
Overall, this is a great kettle sour. I'm still getting used to the "smoothie" style, but the flavors are tart and wonderfully fruity. If you like these types of beers, you'll definitely enjoy this one.
