16 oz can.
Pours an opaque magenta color with some bubbles for head. Some chunks of fruit is left on the glass. Lots of sediment chunks floating about.
Strong raspberry aroma, with some bready malts. There's the foggiest idea of white chocolate on the back.
The flavor is much of the same: Lightly tart raspberry notes and bready malts with a hint of white chocolate. As the beer warms up a bit, the white chocolate truffle comes through a bit more on the finish, but it's still a light flavor.
The feel is medium-light bodied with moderate carbonation. Relatively crisp with a bone dry finish.
Overall, I'm not really feeling this one. It's just a tart raspberry beer that gives you a miniscule note of white chocolate. Not really necessary.
