The Exact color of key lime cheesecake. Amazing frothy head. Wow, smell is exactly like lime cheesecake. So far, amazing and amazing. Taste hits hard with souriness (a little too much) and the flavor of fresh out of the oven cheesecake is upon me and the flavor is bold !!. The cheesecake creaminess is amazing but once again, a little tamer on the souriness would have made this even better. The lime is great but too much lime peel and not enough juice as the bitterness starts to overwhelm. Aftertaste remains bitter but I still get that cheesecake creaminess. Would have been higher rated if the bitterness wasnt so overwhelming
