Batch # 574
A hazy golden with rusty orange hues within. Formidable white foamy dome Pours out high, falls quick but leaves plenty of cover.
The three way hop combo of Cashmere, Citra and Sabro gives off a very densely fruity sweet aroma. Pineapple chutney, sour grains, mango and orange juice.
The feel is rather clean and thin for a hazy. It's not bad at all but, more juicy and thin than I'm used to.
The fruity flavor from these hops taste more like starfruit and pineapple concentrate. More grainy and earthy hop/malt flavor's than just dense fruitiness as the nose would lead you to believe would be in the flavor.
Overall, it's an interesting three hop combo, not super complex, more easy and fun than anything else. This is my first Ooozlefinch offering all the way from Virginia. Randomly found at a local mom and pop convenience store called Elm Street Market in my hometown of Keene, NH. Cheers to the find.
