I don't see a date on the can, but there is a QR code to a website saying: "12-22-2021"

Appearance: The body is a milky beige color which looks a lot like a medium-light skin-tone, and it is opaque. There is a large but momentary head that fades out quickly leaving no lacing but instead a film of residue on the glass that looks like soap scum. It definitely isn't the best looking beer.

Aroma: It has a very odd smell, like a dusty old tub of coffee creamer. There is a somewhat pleasant floral scent which is nice, but then this odd stale scent creeps in and kicks it out.

Taste: Up front there is this very sweet taste of sugar and cinnamon. Then there are notes of raisin and a touch of apricot. It tastes a bit like an oatmeal raisin cookie with bits of apricot in it. It is very tasty. The flavors remain fruity throughout.

Mouthfeel: It is a very thick and full-bodied beer with a coating-like quality that is slick and sticks to the palate. It has a good balance of sweetness and tartness. Carbonation feels a bit low but the beer as a whole is very enjoyable. It is very easy to drink.

Overall: The beer started off with a pretty gross appearance and not smelling the best either, but it quickly shifted gears into a very enjoyable and drinkable dessert-like beer with a touch of fruit. The label states that this is a "SOUR ALE WITH PLUM PUREE, CINNAMON, MASCARPONE, CLOVER HONEY, VANILLA, AND MILK SUGAR." It came across as more raisin and apricot than plum, but it had a definite fruity character. The cinnamon seemed to overwhelm the flavors as a whole just a tad but everything seemed to work well. The website calls this a "Pastry Fruited Sour Ale" and it really fits. I could drink it again but it isn't a beer I could drink more than one of in a sitting. I would recommend it to people who might like oatmeal raisin cookies or oatmeal cookies that have other fruits in them.
