Hazy amber orange with an initial layer of thin foam. Fruity aroma, slightly rustic with a savory thyme note.
Tropical punch, lemon, lime, grapefruit. Thyme lends a savory note to the dry puckering finish. Has a juicy feel, lower carb that ebbs by the end of the glass. Could use a little more spritzy effervescence. Overall though, this was very good with an interesting complexity. Reminded me a little bit of D9 Systema Naturae from NC.
