This fruity, estery, lightly tart witbier embodies farmhouse brewing at its best. Summer fermentation temperatures in our cellar are much higher than other seasons, resulting in a totally different yeast profile than other seasons. Look for notes of banana, pear, and light spice in this easy-drinking farmhouse ale.
