300+ grams of fresh raspberries per liter! The young lambic supports the flavor. But this is very much about the raspberries, not the lambic.

2013 Edition -- Draft, Oct. 2015

A: Big, jammy raspberry aroma, with a touch of oak.

A: Deep amber and hazy with a thin ring of head.

T: Big ripe, juicy raspberry flavor with a bit of oak.

M: A little soft, slightly thin, light bodied with very light carbonation.

O: Pretty good; absolutely great aroma and flavor. However the beer is a little thin and a little undercarbonated, due to the beer being made of all young lambic. However, this beer is all about the raspberries and it shows!
