Thin foamy white head, very cloudy amber in color (maybe because I got the last glass of the keg), not much of lace and foam.
S:
Cherry tart, apple, acidic, sharp fruity, sour, grape and berry, some funky yeast, so pleasant aroma.
T:
The taste is quite like in the aroma with cherry tart, apple, acidic, sharp fruity, sour, grape and berry, and a bit more funky yeasty taste.
F:
Medium body with some good crisp and moderate carbonation, very pleasantly dry finish.
O:
Refreshing and good enjoyable Lambic, its fruitiness and tartness is really palate lift up.

Big fluffy white head. Golden color.
Still tastes flat. Lemon acidity. Oaky. Cobweb and basement musk. Very funky. Light flavored in general. Ends dry.
