Draft at the Map Room, served in a wine glass.
Deep saturated crimson tone, creamy pinkish foam that lasts for a good while.
Aromas of dark cherry including the pits, faint acidity, served cold so it took awhile to get an aroma.
Taste is tart and savory black cherries, restrained acidity, deep full flavor from the fruit.
Medium bodied and softly carbonated. Nice one to take time with, to sip and savor.
Far better than the draft Boon Kriek in years past, this is much less sweet.
