This is a Belgian Imperial Stout that's on tap at the brewery's taproom and biergarten. This is, apparently, their Mongo Imperial Ale made with Belgian yeast. The yeast is not as prominent as usual, and hops are more prominent. Nicely balanced.
Appearance. Clear dark reddish-brown with an excellent beige head.
