Can dated 05/11/18 into a tulip glass.
L: Pours vibrant copper with 1.5 fingers of medium density frothy head with moderate retention and left minor spotted lacing.
S: Nose is very dank and earthy, some subtle grassy undertones. Some pineapple once it's warmed up. Wish it popped a bit more.
T: Follows the nose and adds in some pine resin. Finishes with moderate bitterness, clears the palate quickly hides the ABV quite well.
F: Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Slight tongue tingling/burn from the ABV, slick finish. Crazy crushable for 10%!
O: A well done and scarily easy drinking 10% TIPA. My first beer from Crooked Lane, and certainly not my last if this beer is any accurate representation of their other recipes.

Appearance - Pours slightly hazy and golden yellow in color with a white finger width head. Fair retention before dissolving to a thin, broken layer of suds and a thin ring around the edge of the glass. Not much for lacing save a spot or two.
Smell - Aroma is fairly melony at first but opens up to prominent notes of citrus and pineapple.
Taste - Follows the nose. Melon, citrus and hints of pineapple. Caramel malt sits well beneath. Clean, fruity finish.
Mouthfeel - Medium-bodied with fair, tingly carbonation. Slick, silky texture with a clean, drying finish. Stupid smooth drinker at 10%.
Overall - One of the better Triple IPA's I've had. Not quite Dr Lupulin good but it definitely scratches that itch.
