Our delightful collab with the women of Mindscape Fermentations led us to a historic pre-Reinheitsgebot German ale style called Kottbusser. This unique, complex blonde ale features honey, oats, and unrefined cane sugar molasses. The result is a delicious light, malty profile with restrained hops.
