Canned on 6/19/20. 12oz can poured into a tulip. Pours golden with a subtle haze and bubbles racing upwards; big fluffy and creamy eggshell white head that falls very slowly leaving great thick retention and sticky and frothy lacing. The aromas are on the faint, mild and subtle side. Peach notes lead the way. Some fresh bread. Lots of malts. The wheat basically goes unnoticed in the aroma department. The flavors basically follow the nose for the most part. More hints of peach leading the way. Hints of citrus in the mix. Some fresh grass. Nice subtle bitterness. It's not really sweet. Solid malt backbone. Alcohol goes unnoticed. Mouthfeel is light-bodied with moderate carbonation. It's fluffy, smooth and easy to drink.
This is an alright white ale. It might not be exactly what I expect from the style, but it's still not bad. The hints of peach really make this one enjoyable.
