Tried this on tap at Yukon Brewing (January 2012), basing this review on the growler purchased.
Appearance - Dark caramel/copper brown, almost the colour of brewed tea, with a thin foamy white head. Bubbles are present and cling to the glass.
Smell - Fresh hops, plum, caramel, light sweetness.
Taste - Very mild hop flavour with a touch of plummy sweetness. No bitterness detected in this one. Slight hint of roasted nuts.
Mouthfeel - Light-to-medium bodied with good carbonation that goes down smooth. Almost expected more carbonation based on the bubbles that were present upon pouring.
Overall - A nice representation of this style by Yukon Brewing. The mild hops flavour makes this beer easy to drink and very refreshing. Yukon Brewing continues to impress as they experiment and expand their brew portfolio.
