On tap at brewery:
Just on the amber side of golden, the head falls to a thinner ring of bubbles that don’t leave much on the glass.
Nice sweet aromas that bring the honey caramel sweetness through the Belgian yeast scents. The taste has a bit of candy sugar sweetness that may be of a level slightly higher than I’d like, but isn’t killing my enjoyment. Malty with a light spice in back, it hides it alcohol in the sweetness.
A little sticky, but I ended up enjoying sipping this beer while checking out this brewery’s other offerings from the GF’s flights.
