A short time ago in a fermenter not so far away, Rye and Hop Orders battled it out. After several weeks, a peace between both Orders was achieved - the rich, crisp, and zesty rye malt backbone working in harmony with a grapefruit, lemon-lime, and pine-like spicy hop bouquet.

Fairly cloudy yellow brew with a still pile of foam in the pint shaker. Hops are listed as Cascade , Centennial, Chinook, and Citra. Deep lemony aroma is quite in inviting. Sudsy mouthfeel with a modest acidity, like a squeeze of lime in the glass. Orange peel taste that is slightly hot as you sip. Just a bit of scratch in the aftertaste to remind you it's brewed with rye.
Just slightly bitter, but clean and not as "juicy" as a lot of hazy brews. But pleasantly fruity and aromatic. From the 16 oz can purchased at Healthy Spirits in San Francisco. The label says "Brewed and canned by New World Ales in San Carlos, CA."
