Poured from a growler less than an hour after tapping into a tall glass.
Minimal Head creation of about half A finger. Manages a consistent off white puck on top of a bit of medicinal yellow but clear honey color.
Aroma is a bit odd. Sticky grains almost kind of mushy with a bit of acrid bitterness. Some nice honey tones at least but the first whiff is a bit nasty. Very waxy smelling also.
Palate makes a little in road. Good texture with a touch of classic wheat chew. Odd flavors of wax and possible somewhat sour grain, mixing with a touch of hop bitterness. Good finishing honey like sweetness to luchill contrast.
Some real neat qualities but unfortunately quite a few odd and not that great ones.
