A light bodied, refreshing ale. Made from a combination of traditional barley and wheat which creates this refreshing beer.

This beer was pretty non-descript. It was a golden, slightly hazy color. There was about no head and no lacing. There was fairly no carbonation. There might have been a slight citrus and wheat aroma. The taste had a hint of bitterness to it. The body was a bit thin. Clean taste and good for the Indian food, but unexciting.

Clear, coppery-gold hue, served with almost no head... just a soapy collar that held well. No lace was produced. This is a wheat beer? Clean nose… no invitation. Light palate, slightly sour, oddly refreshing but boring... light floral hints. The palate is uninspiring, lacks characteristics of either a German or American wheat beer. Very clean tasting... was the goal to wash down spicy Indian food? No aftertaste. Medium-light body. Minimal carbonation. Tolerable. Nothing I’d bother with again.
