A splendidly peppered beer made from fresh jalepeno peppers. Created for those with a spicy palate.

5 oz. sampler “pilsner” glass…

Clear, golden hue, good animation. Served with a brilliant white collar (no head, no lace). The nose is peppery, not subtle -- aggressive… but not offensive either. The pepper on the palate is nicely restrained. Rather pleasant… for the “style.” A minimal influence of hops or malt… maybe at the finish before the peppery aftertaste kicks in. Medium-light body. Firm carbonation. Crazy Ed’s Chili Beer is my benchmark of God-awful beers; this pepper beer is much better, more restrained and a little tastier. If you have any inkling of liking pepper beers I’d recommend this one to you… as for me, half my sampler glass was enough.
