Pours deep brown/black with a medium tan head that fades quickly. Aroma is roasted malt and mild spice. Taste follows with chili spice being dominant over the base stout roasted malt. Feel is good, nice and rich. Overall it’s a pepper forward stout that’s an interesting choice.
Canned 1/26/21, enjoyed 7/18/21.

Eight & Sand Beer Co. "Bad Hombre"
12 fl. oz. can, "CANNED ON 12/17/19 08:46;07 " and sampled on 03/04/2020
$3.99 @ Total Wine & More, Cherry Hill, NJ

Notes via stream of consciousness: This isn't my first "Bad Hombre", nor will it be my last, but I never drink more than 1 at a time because there is some heat to it. It's black in color beneath a finger's width of creamy dark tan foam. The aroma displays dark chocolate, coffee, and chili peppers (these are serranos, not jalapenos). There's a little cinnamon in there as well but it can be hard to find in the mix. The pepper comes on strong in the flavor as well but there's more than enough coffee and chocolate to hold everything together. The cinnamon fares better as well. Is there anything else in there? Ahhh, vanilla! Unfortunately the vanilla holds more of a supporting role than a lead position here. In the mouth it's medium to medium-light in body and gently crisp but hot with fiery pepper acids. So what to say about this overall? This is a take-no-prisoners "Mexican" stout that's great for one go-'round but will probably leave your lips on fire even after that. I wish that the pepper was a little less hot, and that the cinnamon and vanilla came out a little bit more but it is what it is.

Fantastic milk stout brewed with cinnamon vanilla peppers and coffee! All the flavors blend so nicely together and shine well. Perfect amount of heat on the back end!
