Polish-style Graetzer infused with Jersey long hots. Notes of oak smoke and fresh grilled long hot peppers. Nose is strong on pepper, but the taste has noticeable smoke. You can definitely taste the jersey long hots! Some people say it has a Kielbasa flavor, but personally I don't get that...
