Pours translucent gold with a thin white head. Aroma is biscuit and grassy hay. Taste is mold spicy hoppy and caramel. Feel is crisp and clean. Overall an easy drinking pilsner.

A clear pint glass has been filled from a tap with the Pilsner. It's color is a very light and thin amber, because it's a Pilsner. The pour is nice, with the perfect half-inch white head. Maybe a little malt and hops can be smelled, but it's not aromatic, even for a Pilsner. It drinks lightly, but full flavored. It is on the sweet side, although a mild hop bite finishes. The glass lacing is lovely and sticks around. Just a little out of balance toward the sweet and malty side, but an overall delicious American Pilsner.
