A monstrous pastry stout, brewed with toasted coconut, Ceylon cinnamon Madagascar Vanilla and lactose to mimic our favorite local St Patrick's Day confection. Notes of milk chocolate and cinnamon with a velvety body and backdrop of coconut.

Solid black appearance
Light carbonation with an above average body. Has a bit of a slick oily feel.
Aroma is a nice mix of spice, vanilla, coconut, malt,and alcohol.
Taste is a little sweet but followed by coconut and vanilla.
Overall its a really well done dessert beer
